Overview
Support refugee and migrant children through inclusive educational programming.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, social sciences, psychology, or a related field (or in progress).
- Prior experience (voluntary or paid) working with children, adolescents, or vulnerable communities.
- Basic understanding of inclusive education, child protection, or social-emotional learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with adolescents and caregivers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Italian and good command of English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Farsi, Tigrinya, Ukrainian) is an asset.
- Flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
