MDF is a leading CBO in Papua New Guinea who have utilized the UNV Online Volunteering Platform since 2014 to engage and collaborate with experts from around the world from various field to support MDF in capacity building and to implement various projects virtually.

With the growing number of Online Volunteers supporting MDF, the Foundation needs to develop a standard procedure document for proper end of assignment process to the Online Volunteers who have completed their task. To that end, MDF is seeking the support of Online Volunteers in writing and editing the said document.

During the assignment, the selected Online Volunteers will also receive a certificate upon successful completion of the assignment.

The task requires the support of two Online Volunteers who have knowledge in the process of the UNV Online Volunteering (OV) Service and the UNV Platform (UVP) that is used to engage Online Volunteers to support MDF. The successful candidates will support us in drafting a procedure which can be used by MDF Team to properly process the end-of-assignment of Online Volunteers supporting MDF in its various projects, and to make sure the Online Volunteers receive their well-deserved certificate in the Platform. certify their Online Volunteers after the completion of their online task with MDF.

The task involves writing and editing and the selected Online Volunteers will take advice from MDF contact person who is based in PNG in carrying this task, virtually, for three weeks.

Must be familiar with the UNV Online Volunteering (OV) service. Able to draft a procedure, edit and review a completed document. Must have a degree in Law, Management or Public Relations. Able to work with limited supervision.
