Overview

Support clients in overcoming digital barriers for access to essential services.

You have:

  • Commit to at least 15 hours a week for at least three months.
  • Strong interest in digital inclusion and working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with basic digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with conducting phone or virtual support sessions.
  • Multilingual skills (especially in Spanish, Arabic, Dari, or Pashto) are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle preferred.
