You have:
- Completion of secondary education required.
- Bachelor’s degree in arts is an asset.
- A minimum of four years of graphic design experience.
- Conversant with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, WordPress, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in visual messaging and informational graphics.
- Experience in the area of web platform development/management is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- Fluency in English is required.

Our organization has recently launched two new projects aimed at expanding our reach and impact. As part of these initiatives, we require the support of a graphic designer to ensure all communication materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content are professionally designed and aligned with our branding. The online volunteering designer will contribute to producing high quality, on brand assets that will be used across multiple platforms and help us maintain consistency in our messaging. Our organization is dedicated to supporting the development of underserved areas by fostering economic growth and sustainability. With the launch of these two new projects, we are aiming to expand our outreach and engage more stakeholders. The online volunteering graphic designer's role will help us achieve this by ensuring our materials are visually compelling and professionally presented, contributing to the overall success of these initiatives.
We are looking for one online volunteer to support us with creating, designing, and reviewing various communication materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, catalogs, newsletters, and online content. This involves executing layouts, applying branding, proofreading for accuracy, and working with internal teams to ensure all materials meet quality standards.
Education and Certification: • Completion of secondary education required. • Bachelor’s degree in arts is an asset. Experience: • A minimum of four years of graphic design experience along with a proven knowledge of graphic layout and design across multiple media channels. • Conversant with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, WordPress, etc.). • Demonstrated experience in visual messaging and informational graphics. • Experience in the area of web platform development/management is desirable. • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Publisher. Languages: • Fluency in English is required.
