You have:
- Licencia vigente en SST (obligatorio).
- Posgrado en áreas afines.
- Experiencia de 5 años en el área.
- Mínimo 3 años liderando la implementación del SG-SST bajo normativa colombiana.
- Experiencia en auditoría del SG-SST de contratistas.
- Capacidad para diseñar programas de bienestar.
- Experiencia comprobable en el diseño de estrategias de motivación.
- Manejo de Excel, PPT, Word, PBI.
