Overview

Consult to produce radio spots about LGBTI+ rights.

You have:

  • Degree in Communication, Journalism or other related subjects.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human rights at the national level.
  • Experience in LGBTI+ related issues is an advantage.
  • Experience working with the UN system is an advantage.
  • Portuguese required; English is an asset.
  • Brazilian nationality or permanent residency in Brazil is required.

Increase visibility of UN online and broadcast content available on LGBTI+ people’s rights.

Duties and Responsibilities

a. Undertake research and design the content of radio spots b. Undertake effective coordination with relevant stakeholders aiming at the production and dissemination of the radio spots c. Promote the engagement of key stakeholders in radio spots d. Participate in the bi-weekly meetings with the project leader to ensure implementation is on track and review progress

Qualifications/special skills

Degree in Communication, Journalism or other related subjects. At least 2 years of experience in human rights at the national level. Experience in LGBTI+ related issues is an advantage. Experience working with the UN system is an advantage.

Languages

Portuguese. English is an asset.

Additional Information

As this is a national consultancy, Brazilian nationality or permanent residency in Brazil is required.
