The Member Support Services Department provides business consultancy services, online courses, and coaching to full AAE members. The department engages experts or knowledgeable persons to guide entrepreneurs who may be impacted by limited resources and inputs.
This activity advocates for the role of entrepreneurship in inclusive development and the creation of innovative business models and products to enhance economic growth, in accordance with SDG Target 8.3: Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services
We are looking for 2 volunteers to help conduct a member needs assessment through interviews and questionaires. The assessment would give us a detailed look at the needs and expectations of members. Members are current members of the Africa Association of Entrepreneurs. Online Volunteers should never be requested to contact any third parties/partners/donors of any kind.
Interview and/or send questionaires to 3 members per week week to assess needs Compile report on identified needs and participate in interventions
Experience in Business Coaching a plus Good knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Marketing
