- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

We are looking for an online volunteer to lead and guide a team that is tasked with raising awareness on AAE articles, news and programs. The online volunteer will supervise the work of the team and promote the use of innovative methods in promotions, how to catch attention of the right audience and then motivate them to get involved. Finally. The online volunteer will also help in the selection of new team members.
