Major Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for IRC with partner organizations for coordination, planning, and implementation purposes - Establish productive relationships with property owners of various testing sites throughout the community. - Deliver COVID-related supplies (test kits, vaccines, etc.) to the project sites in accordance with established protocols. - Market testing and vaccination sites and events - Represent the IRC at weekly Clarkston COVID Community update calls - Serve as the primary liaison with the COVID Technical Assistance team at HQ to deliver on COVID National Resource Center project deliverables - Supervise staff working on COVID National Resource Center project deliverables - Work across program teams within the Atlanta office to determine health care needs and gaps in services for community members - Manage the development of partnerships with local primary care health centers, specialist care, Board(s) of Health, and behavioral health care to address client needs - Manage and supervise the Initial Health screening team, the Client Health & Safety team, ensuring that all clients are screened, connected to, and receive the required and necessary medical care from local board of health and the health care facilities in a timely manner. - Manage and lead the office’s Mental Health and Psychosocial Support response - Develop community-based partnerships to address the health care needs of clients - Develop and maintain an updated resource manual for health care services that are culturally and linguistically appropriate - Represent the IRC in community-led meetings, projects, etc. that advocate, promote, and provide health care services and health care access for community members - Provide high-level leadership to assigned teams including: - Weekly one on one meetings with all direct reports and regular team meetings with all members - Effective delegation of duties and responsibilities - Consistent and ongoing feedback and communication - Extensive professional development support and coaching of team members - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members - Manage the delivery of high-quality programs that meet proposed goals - Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and manage all program budgets - Write and review donor reports for content and accuracy prior to submission - Oversee grant tracking and coordinate reporting - Coordinate with the Deputy Director on the direction and management of the team, including new program development, grant writing activities, and donor development and support. - Ensure that programs comply with all contractual and reporting requirements - Ensure quality data collection across all programs; manage the production of reports and impact data to provide insight to internal and external stakeholders - In coordination with management staff, ensure that programs maintain sound fiscal management including compliance with relevant policies and procedures - Ensure donor-mandated match requirements are accurately tracked and achieved - Represent assigned programs with IRC HQ - Ensure compliance with HQ initiatives and guidance - Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree in healthcare, allied health, or public health related field preferred.

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience providing services to refugee and immigrant communities; experience working with refugees and immigrants to navigate American social/human service systems preferred - Prior grant and people management experience

Demonstrated Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to handle complex and sensitive cases and to work effectively with clients who have a wide range of psychosocial, protection, health, immigration, and criminal justice issues - Well organized, self-directed, and highly motivated; ability to communicate and work effectively with collaborative partners, the community, and clients in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) - Fluency in English, written and spoken - Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle

Working Environment:

- A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. - May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirement.
