Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting overall account management within assigned pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and device companies nationally. The ability to build relationships with both internal and external parties and manage deadlines is critical to success. This candidate will be highly organized, and possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively both via email and in person.

Essential Job Duties

  • Support Strategic Account Director in alignment of all cross functional internal teams.
  • Support preparation of agenda, and lead preparation of deck for external meetings.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings as needed.
  • Join external calls and collect next steps and follow ups.
  • Lead submission of material review, ex: internal communications, science, legal and prepare feedback to share externally.
  • Review contracts for necessary annual, quarterly, and or monthly reporting/meetings. Understand elements to include and lead scheduling and internal initiation of those reports/meetings.
  • Keep organized records for each account.
  • Support Strategic Account Director in preparation for conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Five (5) years’ experience in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and interact internally across a large matrixed organization.
  • Professional and formal written and verbal communication
  • Some travel, including overnights.
