Oversee daily accounting transactions and ensure fund security.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance, economics, business management or any other equivalent diploma.
- Have 3 years of experience in finance management, accounting in international or national NGOs.
- Good listening skills; mastery of written and spoken French.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
- Capability to handle interpersonal relationships and organizational management.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, especially with public services (government) and other organizations in bureaucratic matters.
- Willingness to adhere to Mercy Corps procedures and principles.
