Position: Cash & Livelihoods Team Leader – Emergency Response
Reports to: Cash and Livelihoods PM
Supervision of: Cash and Livelihoods Project Officers, Technical Assistants and Volunteers
Travel: Within Libya, as instructed by the line manager

Duty station: Benghazi/Derna/Ajdabiya- Libya
Duration and type of contract: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)

- Role and responsibilities
NRC Libya is looking to hire an Emergency Cash & Livelihoods Team Leader who will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Cash & Early recovery livelihoods activities under the emergency response. He/she will be directly supervising the Project officers and technical assistants. Under the supervision of the Emergency Response Manager and CC PM s/he will ensure that the Cash and Livelihoods outreach, assessment, venue arrangements, distribution, monitoring, and troubleshooting is implemented in an efficient and smooth manner.
