OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Les unites d'appui administratif des bureaux de pays (CSU) ont ete mises en place dans l'organigramme pour un certain nombre de raisons, notamment: fournir un appui aux responsables et aux membres du personnel afin de leur permettre d'exercer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l'environnement du GSM; garantir la conformite aux politiques, procedures, regles et reglements de l'OMS dans toutes les transactions ou pour toutes les questions administratives et financieres, dans le contexte d'un systeme de planification des ressources institutionnelles (ERP).

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision de l'Administrateur charge des Operations, l'Assistant Logistique, Voyages et Protocole fournit un appui technique aux responsables de programmes et aux membres du personnel dans l'execution de transactions dans le GSM, dans les domaines suivants:Logistique. Le/latitulaire du poste:Assiste les membres du personnel international en ce qui concernel'importation, l'acquisition et l'enregistrement de leurs vehicules et effets personnels;Assure le suivi du processus d'inspection annuelle et des policesd'assurance de tous les vehicules du bureau.Gestion du parc auto:Suivi de l'entretien et la bonne tenue des vehicules;Suivi de la consommation du carburant des vehicules;Suivi de la reparation des vehicules;Assurer le dispatching des chauffeurs. 4. Gestion des stocksTenue des bons d'entrees et des sorties;Tenue a jour de la gestion des stocks. 5. Gestion des Batiments:Suivi des entretiens et de la reparation des batimentsSuivi des entretiens des locaux, y compris les espaces verts. Gestion des voyages et des reunions. Le/la titulaire du poste: 6. Enregistre et gere les plans de reunions dans le GSM ; 7. Enregistre et gere les demandes de voyage au titre de reunions et de missions officielles ;8. Assure la conformite a la politique en matiere de voyages ; 9. Preparer les itineraires et leur tarification en etroite collaboration avec l'agence de voyage. 10. Prend toutes les dispositions administratives relatives aux reunions et aux missions officielles du bureau de pays et gere les plans de voyage ; 11. Assurer le re-routing eventuel des billets en cas de necessite et effectue le calcul des differentiels dus 12. Assurer le traitement, la verification et le calcul des factures recues avant paiement; 13. Servir d'agent de liaison entre le bureau de l'OMS et les differentes agences de voyages et effectuer les negociations de toutes facilites; 14. Assure le suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations formulees au cours des missions ; 15. Gerer les reservations d'hotel/hebergement lors des reunions; 16. Assure le suivi des remboursements de billets partiellement ou non partiellement utilises 17. Aide a la production de rapports, de statistiques et/ou de materiels d'information, en cas de besoin ; 18. Suivi et controle des ristournes dues; 19. Le/la titulaire du poste servira de solution de recours en cas d'absence d'un membre de l'equipe occupant un poste similaire ou un autre poste au sein du bureau de pays.Protocole. Le/la titulaire du poste:Assurer le depot, leretrait et le suivi des demandes de visa pour les missions officiellesacheminees vers les Ambassades et Missions diplomatiques;Assurer les formalites d'accueil a l'aeroport des voyageurs officiels en mission;Maintenir une base dedonnees de contacts des Ambassades dans le pays; Aider au traitement desdemandes de laissez-passer;Assister le personnel internationalement recrute et les personnes a leur charge pour les demandes depermis/visa de residence, de cartes d'identite et d'autres documents aupres des services de l'immigration conformement aux exigences des Nations Unies et du gouvernement national ;S'occuper des aspects protocolaires de la WR, du Directeur Regional et du Directeur General en etroite collaboration avecleur cabinet et en collaboration avec le protocole d'etat.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Diplome de Fin d'etudes secondaires (Baccalaureat) ou formation technique equivalente suivie d'une formation sur un champ technique applique a la Logistique, Voyages/billetterie. Desirable: Une licence professionnelle ou BTS dans les domaines de la Logistique, Agence de voyage, Tourisme ou IATA serait un atout.

Experience

Essential: Au minimum cinq (05) ans d'experience pratique et pertinente dans le domaine de la gestion des Voyages,de la logistique avec une bonne connaissance des regles,reglements, procedures et pratiques qui s'appliquent aux taches a accomplir. Desirable: Une experience de travail significative dans un domaine similaire au sein du systeme des Nations Unies ou des partenaires multiples, ONG serait un atout.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at MRU 653,212 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
