The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
• We are looking for an experienced Operations Strategy developer to assess our current strategy and vision. This will include a critical evaluation of the organization’s goals by addressing key staffing, process and infrastructure issues and translate them into day-to-day standard operating procedures. He or she will be an internal advocate for efficiency and productivity development.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Strategy, Economics/ equivalent At least 5 years successful senior leadership experience At least 5 years background of success in process improvement and change management Commitment to results; "can-do" mindset with emphasis on accountability Experience at strong motivational and staff leadership abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Integrity, impeccable work ethic
