Overview
Support the recruitment and training of volunteers for the Bolivarian Games 2025.
You have:
- 3 years of general experience, with a minimum of 1 year in relevant tasks: required.
- Strong customer orientation and service attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; rapport, engagement, and communication and motivation skills, particularly in contacting clients/candidates remotely.
- Experience in managing databases, including programs and applications designed for this purpose. Experience with digital platforms or dashboards is an advantage.
- Experience in web-based management systems and use of office software packages, particularly MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize work, achieving results under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
- Cultural and social sensitivity; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with various stakeholders, including community members and authorities at different levels.
Contract
This is a UNV National Specialist contract. This kind of contract is known as National UN Volunteer. It is normally only for nationals. More about UNV National Specialist contracts.
