You have:
- Experience in community health.
- Knowledge of local languages is an asset.
- Experience in mobile clinics.
- Qualifications: IDE, SFD or TSS.

1. Mission principale
Assurer les soins curatifs/préventifs, le dépistage nutritionnel, la sensibilisation communautaire et la tenue correcte des données.
2. Responsabilités Majeures
• Consultations curatives selon PCIME.
• Dépistage MUAC, œdèmes et référencement.
• Collecte et transmission des données fiables.
• Appui vaccination mobile avec MSP.
• Sensibilisation hygiène, nutrition...
3. KPI Spécifiques
• ≥ objectifs de dépistage enfants 6–59 mois.
• Registres correctement remplis ≥ 95%.
• 0 stockout.
• ≥ 4 séances de sensibilisation/mois.
4. Relations de travail
• Rapporte directement à l’Officier ou Coordinateur Santé/Nutrition.
• Travaille avec les ASC et leaders communautaires.
• Coordination avec le personnel MSP lors des vaccinations.
• Collaboration quotidienne avec l’équipe mobile (chauffeur, nutritionniste).
5. Compétences & Qualifications
• IDE, SFD ou TSS.
• Expérience communautaire souhaitée.
• Connaissance des langues locales un atout.
• Expérience en clinique mobile.
