Support administrative and HR functions to ensure efficient office operations.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and HR roles, preferably in an NGO or nonprofit environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant administrative tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office administration procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
