You have:

- Professional experience in project planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Professional experience in managing a team including supervision and conflict resolution
- Good organization skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus

“Over one year after the escalation of tensions between Russia and Ukraine, a total of 7.6 million Ukrainian refugees remain overseas and a further 5.1 million remain internally displaced in Ukraine. Currently, an estimated 17.6 million people within Ukraine require humanitarian assistance, including the need of food, water and medicines.
This situation has led ACF France to open Country Offices, in Ukraine, Poland and Romania and ACF Spain in Moldova.
In Ukraine ACF currently intervenes in the East (Dnipro, Kharkiv, Sumska and Zapporizhzhia), the West (Ivano Frankivsk and Chernivtsi) and is extending its coverage to the southern part of the country (Odessa and Mykolaiv). »
ACF is opening a base in the South of Ukraine and aims at starting activities from September on, including multi-purpose cash transfer assistance for displaced and confict-affected populations. The first priority of the Log Admin manager will be to finalize the recruitment his/her team and start structuing the departments, with the objective of building ACF team's capacity
Votre poste et vos responsabilités
The logistic manager will set up and structure the Logistics department, in conformity with overarching strategy and the standards set internationally, by ACF and by national policies.
Under the supervision of the field Coordinator, the logistic manager will be responsible for the following missions:
- Manage the logistics activity of the area,
- Implement and ensure supply chain performance,
- Implement and ensure the performance of General Services,
- Implementing and ensuring IT, network and telecommunications performance,
- Contribute to safety management,
- Implement and monitor collaboration and logistical coordination with country office partners,
- Manage the base's logistics team,
- Reporting
Votre profil
You hold a bachelor Degree in logistics, or similar field
You have an excellent capacity on use of computerized system/programs
You have a work experience in conflict-affected settings
You have a professional experience in project planning, implementation and monitoring
You have a professional experience managing a team (supervision, delegation, motivation, addressing conflicts
You have a good organization, and you have an ability to set priorities and time management
You are fluent in English. Knowledges of Ukrainian or Russian is an asset
Vos conditions d’emploi
6 months fixed term contract under French legislation
Monthly gross salary from 2130 to 2456 € upon experience
Monthly per diem and living allowance: 837€ net, field paid
Monthly country allowance: 450€
Child allowance: 1500€ per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000€/year)
16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 250€ at each RnR period (+flight ticket reimbursement up to 700$)
