Writing, editing, proofreading reports and briefs related to gender equality and women’s empowerment in Bangladesh

We are looking for three Online Volunteers to support us in writing, editing and proofreading of gender quality related briefs and reports. One Online Volunteer will be responsible for writing reports while another Online Volunteer will be responsible for writing briefs. The third Online Volunteer will support us with proofreading of the briefs and reports created by the other two Online Volunteers. We expect a target of one written report/brief every 2 weeks and the proofreading of one document each week.

  UN Women in Bangladesh is engaged in producing a variety of research reports, advocacy briefs, website articles and other communication products to support policy advocacy and communication of our work on gender equality and women’s empowerment.

• Volunteers: 4 needed

• 6-10 hours per week / 24 weeks

  Volunteers must have a very strong command of English language. This task requires strong mastery of the English and its subtleties. Strong writing and editing skills are required. Familiarity with technical terms related to gender equality and human rights will be considered an advantage.
