Overview
Support research and analysis to strengthen employment opportunities for vulnerable populations.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in labor market analysis, social policy, economic development, employment services, or research—preferably focused on vulnerable populations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with statistical tools/software (e.g., R, STATA, Python, Excel-based analytics).
- Experience working with government institutions, development programs, or donor-funded projects.
- Familiarity with Ukrainian labor legislation, employment services ecosystem, and social protection systems.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English required.
- Strong computer literacy with full knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of data science and programming is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
