POSITION TITLE: USAID Project Management Specialist (Private Sector Engagement) MARKET VALUE: Local currency range equivalent to FSN-11 in accordance with AIDAR Appendix J and the Local Compensation Plan of USAID/Nepal. Final compensation will be negotiated within the established market value. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Estimated to start o/a May 1, 2025, through o/a April 30, 2030. Employment under this contract is of a continuing nature. Its duration is expected to be part of a series of sequential contracts; all contract clauses, provisions, and regulatory requirements concerning availability of funds and the specific duration of this contract shall apply. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Kathmandu, Nepal with possible travel as stated in the Statement of Duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION a. Education: A bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration/ management, finance, development, or a related field. b. Prior Work Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the private sector and/or economic growth fields. c. Language Proficiency: Level IV English reading, writing and speaking ability. Fluent reading, writing and speaking ability in Nepali (Level IV).
