Overview

Provide technical assistance in risk communication and community engagement strategies.

You have:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Public Health.
  • Significant experience in program formulation, monitoring, and evaluation in health.
  • Good knowledge of the health system and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1. Contexte et objectifs

Dans le cadre du contexte COVID et de l’introduction prochaine du vaccin anti-COVID et dans le cadre de l’appui aux efforts consentis

par le Ministère de la Santé en termes de Communication des Risques et engagement communautaire, UNICEF souhaiterait recruter

pour le compte du Ministère de la Santé un assistant technique spécialiste en communication.

2. Objectifs spécifiques

  • Apporter un appui technique à l’éducation pour la santé en matière de conception, suivi et évaluation des programmes
  • éducatifs
  • Assurer le transfert à l’équipe de l’Éduction Pour la Santé des compétences en planification en organisation et en gestion technique des activités.
  • Collecter les données requises pour la production de rapports d’activité de l’éducation pour la santé
  • Élaborer les rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
  • Appui technique au pilier communication de la riposte au COVID-19 (programmation des réunions, préparation de l’ordre du jour et des PV et préparation de la participation aux réunions de coordination des piliers)

Minimum Qualifications and experience required:

  • Etre titulaire d’un diplôme supérieur (Maitrise) en Santé publique;

  • Une très grande expérience en formulation, suivi et évaluation des programmes de Santé;

  • Bonne connaissance du système et des acteurs de santé.

  • Utilisation des logiciels courants d’Office (Word, Excel et Power Point)
