We are looking for a national HR Coordinator to join our team in the country office in Kiev.

Responsibilities:

Generic responsibilities

  1. Implement NRC’s systems and procedures at area level
  2. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements
  3. Prepare and submit reports and analysis
  4. Ensure proper filing of all support documents
  5. Support line managers in admis requirements
  6. Management of Admin Teams
  7. Management of premises requirements

Specific responsibilities

  • Work with relevant technical staff to edit job descriptions when needed.
  • Handle logistical arrangements for candidate interviews
  • Handle logistical needs for offices
  • Ensure the smooth process of residence permits, prolongation, visas, leaves etc. for international staff
  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel to/from Ukraine for international visitors, training sessions for NRC staff, and team-building events within Ukraine.
  • Processing with putting the HR data to NRC People on a regular basis
  • Make weekly updates on Master staff list
  • Work to promote gender equality in the organisation, including through careful research of obstacles to female staff recruitment, retention, and promotion, in Ukraine context.
  • Any other duties assigned by HRM within the current role
  • Following up translation requests upon needs.
  • Managing shipments of documents
  • Managing ID cards for national staff, SIM Cards, Phones
  • Coordination for NRC visitors regarding all needed support from booking tickets to booking hotels.

Generic professional competencies:

  • Experience from working in Administration Field preferably under HR Department
  • Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts is an asset
  • Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
  • Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
  • Sound knowledge of the local labor laws and practices.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian, both written and verbal

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • University degree in OD or other relevant educational background combined with relevant professional background
  • Professional Excel and Reporting skills.
  • Previous Experience working with NGOs or INGOs is an asset.
