Overview
Lead fundraising efforts and program management for the Turlock office.
You have:
- 4-year college degree required. Graduate degree in management, international relations or social work preferred
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in Social Services, Non-profit or refugee services sectors
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success in funding raising and cultivating donor relationships
- Knowledge of the Central Valley non-profit environment desirable
- Demonstrated success working and communicating effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in refugee serving/immigrant programming highly preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in additional languages preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); database experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle with current insurance
