Assist in translating VNR-related documents from English to Lao
You have:
- MUST have native level of Lao language.
- MUST have a good level of English.
- Available for 6-10 hours per week for 2 weeks.

This is a UNV contract. More about UNV contracts.
The online volunteer will be tasked with translating documents (e.g. concept note, agenda, etc.) for the VNR consultations in Lao PDR. The concept note is around 450 words and agenda is 320 words. The online volunteer will also be requested to assist with translation of a worksheet for the consultation participants which will be around 4 pages with 30 words per page.

Translation and interpretation
This year, Lao PDR will participate in the Voluntary National Review. UN Volunteers Lao PDR is working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold a one-day consultation workshop to gather viewpoints of youth and volunteers on the progress of the country towards the achievement of SDGs and how to overcome development challenges. The online volunteer's role will be very important in ensuring that related documents are disseminated widely and does not leave anyone behind.

6-10 hours per week / 2 weeks
Candidates MUST have native level of Lao language and a good level of English.
