The UN African Institute for Economic Development and Planning (UNIDEP), a Capacity Development and Training Centre of Excellence for government officials, legislators and other stakeholders, provides capacity-building programmes and platforms of policy dialogues. As a trusted partner of its member countries and a key partner of the UN Volunteers Programme, UNIDEP has organized a webinar “Transformative Youth Volunteerism to Accelerate Delivery of the SDGs during the Covid19 Period” on 17th November. A post-feedback will be done in an effort to ensure and improve the quality of work in the upcoming activities by reflecting lessons learned from carrying out monitoring and evaluation and undertaking the needs assessment of the participants of initiatives led by the organization. The selected volunteer will translate the survey prepared in English to French. The survey is and will need to be worked in MS word file.

    The ideal online volunteer for this task would have a native-level French and an excellent command of English, preferably with a background in international peace and development cooperation. Having relevant experience such as translation/interpretation would be an asset.
