Play for Peace, a global organization, uses cooperative play to foster peace in 60+ diverse communities affected by conflict. They train local youth leaders to lead experiential social emotional learning activities and community service projects, aiming to unite communities and create a more peaceful world. Their partner, Kikori, is a community-driven platform that empowers educators to enhance students' real-world social skills with accessible experiential learning activities.

For this assignment, you will be translating activities directly into an activity application. We ask that you translate 4-5 activities a week.

We are seeking 3-4 Online Volunteers to support us by translating Social Emotional Activities on an application from English to Hebrew. To this end the Online Volunteers are asked: - To translate the activities, which are up to 1 page long into Hebrew- Ensure the translation is concise, in line with our communications guidelines, and fits the audience The selected Online Volunteers will be provided with the document in the original language and will receive guidance on the target audience and our communications guidelines as well as other guidance as needed. The Online Volunteers will have the opportunity to build connections with the Kikori Content Crew members at Play for Peace and learn about the ways in which the translated activities contribute to supporting our peacebuilders in over 22 countries.

Candidates should be native in Hebrew and fluent in English. Familiarity with technical terms related to Social Emotional Learning will be considered an advantage. Previous translation experience is considered an asset
