The Market Innovation and Integration Division is at the forefront of wholesale and retail payments, securities settlement and collateral management, working towards integrated, safe and efficient payments and post-trade services in Europe. We closely monitor market, business and policy developments in these areas, as well as new challenges such as crypto-assets and stablecoins. We also explore the application of distributed ledger technologies in financial market infrastructures.
