Provide support and management for employee administration in the regional office for Mercy Corps programming in Colombia.
You have:
- Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de mínimo VI semestre de psicología, ingeniería industrial, ciencias administrativas, derecho o afines
- Curso de 50 horas del SG-SST (preferible)
- Experiencia laboral de 2 años en la gestión de los procesos del área de gestión humana.
- Experiencia en manejo de información, sistemas de archivos físicos y medio magnético.
- Amplio dominio en sistemas y programas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experiencia en construcción de informes estadísticos (preferible).
