Key Responsibilities:

Technical assistant (TA) will be responsible for supporting GAM business operations by doing administrative and technical tasks under a direct supervisor, the GAM Manager, requiring strong time-management and multi-tasking skills to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and high-level operations. Specifically, TA shall support the GAM team in monitoring and implementation of the GAM business plans, tracking progress of proposals, update WVDF grant profiles using offline and online grant trackers, upload proposal related documents to WVDF GAM’s online grant repository (e.g. Horizon & WeConnect, SIMMA, etc.), and provide other technical and administrative support to WVDF GAM Manager and proposal development teams (PDTs), among others.
