Oversee programme delivery and manage daily operations effectively.

You have:

Advanced degree in Social Work, Public Health, International Development, or equivalent experience in Safeguarding/PSEA.
Experience in GBV and/or Child protection in humanitarian settings is preferred.
Experience working within feminist/women’s movements or organizations in the Global South.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar, complex, multi-partner projects.
Proficiency in English is required. Working proficiency in French is preferred.
Ability to build relationships at local, national and international levels.
Experience of managing large institutional donor contracts, including Payment by Results contracts.
Experience working in a large and complex international organization.
