Deliverable: Product No. 1: Create and Provide 20 immersion sessions with 20 individuals selected by the Management. The selected individuals will be in positions that cause an impact to the rest of the team or in supervision roles. Each session will be for 1 hour with each person of the team. A technical report on the Training Sessions provided. Delivery Date: 30 days after signing the contract

Output 2: Programme and Management. Elaborate a training session about the methodology of work to be carried out during the different training and a space to build ties between Leaders. Deliverable: Product No. 2: Create and Provide a Training Workshop in Sensibilization on Methodology and Team Integration. This Training Workshop will be for 180 minutes with the Leaders to provide all the information of how the training sessions will be done and creating a space to build ties of integrations. A technical report on the Training Workshop provided Delivery Date: 30 days after signing the contract

Elaborate training sessions for whole team of leaders to provide professional advices to stimulate the evolution and solidification of improvements in the performance. Deliverable: Product No. 4: Create and Provide 2 sessions of Evaluation and Feedback to Leaders. Each session will be of 90 minutes. Deliverable: Product No. 5: Create and Provide 20 sessions of Individual Professional Advice. Each individual session will be of 1 hour and will be the same selected persons chosen for the immersion (Product No.1). The workshop will be for 180 minutes with the team of leaders to collect the experiences during the phase. A technical report shall be delivered on the Evaluation and Closure Workshop. Delivery Date: 210 days after signing the contract

Output 10: Administration and Finance. Elaborate a Workshop on the Assurance of Implementation Tools obtained in the First Stage of the training program. Deliverable: Product No. 10: Create and Provide a Workshop with the whole team to review what has been learned. The workshop will be for 120 minutes. Duties and Responsibilities The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the United Nations system and serves as an authoritative advocate for the global environment. The UNEP Latin America and the Caribbean Office (ROLAC), located in Panama City, works closely with the 33 countries of the region and its activities are integrated into the Medium Term Strategy and the Programme of Work approved by the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA).

This Terms of Reference (ToRs) are referred to the need of personnel training with the objective to promote the team integration and human development in the institutional environment, including individual and group sessions with UNEP ROLAC.

In this sense, the Administration Unit of UNEP ROLAC is looking for a consultant who can deliver training sessions in order to develop the labor environment, structure processes and staff functions, as well as promote the human development in the institutional environment. The incumbent will work under the supervision of Deputy Regional Director and Representative and will work from home.

Objective. Through training session about different topics, the Orientation Cosultant will support UNEP ROLAC to develop the labor environment, structure processes and staff functions, as well as promote the human development in the institutional environment.

The consultant shall provide the training in the following topics: 1. Activation of potentialities 2. Professional growth. 3. Self-administration of productive work times. 4. Sensibilization to self-analysis in the personal and professional level. 5. Attention to areas of opportunity. 6. Emotional intelligence. 7. Development of individual potential in favor of team growth. 8. Resilience Practice. 9. Use of adequate internal communication. 10. Improve productivity. 11. Build a healthy work environment.

Qualifications/special skills ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION - Master’s degree or equivalent in social sciences, psychology, human behavior or related fields is required

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - 7 years of professional experience related to orientation, capacitation and/or training institutions to improve employee customer service, teamwork, sales and working relationships or related fields is required

- Previous experience working with international institutions. is required

LANGUAGE: Fluency in Spanish, Confident of level of English is required.

SKILLS - Working under a high pressure/stressful environment. - Result oriented. - Hard working and committed individual
