ASCOA is an international non-profit organization with headquarters in Cameroon and a registered 501(c)(3) branch in Texas, USA (EIN: 98-17161). The USA branch aims to strengthen ASCOA’s Mission and Vision. The online volunteers will work closely with ASCOA’s leadership team, including the Founder and CEO, as well as the Executive Director. Developing a Board Recruitment Plan aligned with ASCOA’s mission and strategic vision.
These trustees will play a pivotal role in shaping ASCOA’s leadership, guiding the organization as we strive to make a meaningful impact in our communities. Your involvement will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and drive positive change.
The Association for Community Awareness (ASCOA) is seeking the support of five dedicated online volunteers to assist us in launching a call for applications and conducting interviews for prospective candidates. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are deeply passionate about our mission to join our vibrant USA branch as trustees.
The selected online volunteers will assist ASCOA with the full recruitment cycle, including: -Drafting outreach materials such as vacancy announcements, role descriptions, and candidate profiles. -Reviewing applications and helping shortlist the most qualified candidates. -Organizing and coordinating interviews, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and supporting documentation needs. -Providing recommendations on final candidate selection to strengthen ASCOA’s governance structure.
