The Morobe Development Foundation (MDF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting community development in Papua New Guinea. As part of our commitment to continuously create improvement, we are seeking the support of online volunteers with expertise in human resource to assist us in developing an HR strategy that is essential to support MDF in achieving its organizational goals and to continuously contribute in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

As the organization seeks 3 online volunteers to provide guidance and advice in developing an HR strategy, the tasks outlined in the task description box will be split among the volunteers in the following manner: 1. The first volunteer will conduct a review of MDF's current HR policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement. This will include examining employee onboarding, training and development, performance evaluations, and compensation policies. They will propose ways to improve existing policies and procedures.

  1. The second volunteer will develop an HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This volunteer will review MDF's mission statement, values, and objectives to ensure that the HR strategy aligns with the organization's goals. They will also take into account the findings from the policy and procedures review conducted by the first volunteer.

  2. The third volunteer will provide recommendations on the implementation of the HR strategy, including identifying potential challenges and solutions. They will review the HR strategy developed by the second volunteer and provide recommendations on how to implement the strategy effectively. They will also identify potential challenges and provide solutions to overcome these challenges.

Overall, each volunteer will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of MDF's HR strategy. By working together, they will be able to provide comprehensive guidance and advice to the organization that aligns with its goals and objectives

To successfully complete this task, we require the following qualifications and skills: - A degree or equivalent qualification in human resource management, organizational development or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR strategy development and implementation, with experience in developing strategies for non-profit organizations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a wide range of stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - A strong commitment to supporting community development projects in Papua New Guinea.
