Details

We are looking for one creative Online Volunteer to assist in the weekly translation of social media posts from English to Lao. This will range between 1-10 sentences per week, depending on the content for that week. This will be used by the organization to engage the Lao audience and will help us reach our objective of raising awareness about UNV and increasing the national talent pool.

The UNV programme is the UN organisation that supports sustainable human development globally through the promotion of volunteerism, including the mobilisation of volunteers. It serves the causes of peace and development by enhancing opportunities for participation by all peoples. One of the UNV Field Unit in Lao PDR’s main objectives is to raise awareness about UNV among the Lao people and in turn, increase the national talent pool.

6-10 hours per week / 10 weeks

Candidates should be fluent in English and Lao.
