UNDP Montenegro is enhancing its communication strategy by aligning its content with global UNDP messaging and increasing engagement through LinkedIn, newsletters, and website updates. The online volunteer will contribute to external engagement efforts by developing high-quality content to ensure UNDP Montenegro’s digital presence remains impactful.
The online volunteer’s research will focus on UNDP global channels, external engagement strategies, and content related to UN observances, ensuring alignment with regional platforms such as UNDP Eurasia.
UNDP Montenegro will provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback throughout the assignment to ensure success.
The online volunteer will support the communications team with the following tasks:
Social Media Strategy & Engagement o Assist with LinkedIn content planning, ensuring alignment with UNDP’s global communication priorities. o Optimize post engagement through content scheduling, audience insights, and analytics review. o Refine the tone of voice for LinkedIn posts targeted at an international audience.
Content Creation & Writing o Draft and edit 24 LinkedIn posts (2 per week) covering UNDP Montenegro’s key initiatives. o Assist in writing 3 newsletter sections (monthly) featuring success stories and ongoing projects. o Support website updates with 4 content pieces on UNDP initiatives in Montenegro.
