UNCDF is seeking an online volunteer to be part of the GFCR. Working under the direct oversight of the Strategic Engagement Lead of the GFCR UN team, and with day-to-day guidance of GFCR communications staff, the selected UNV will support the ongoing social media strategy execution through the defined task description.

• Develop a content calendar overview of key international days relevant to GFCR;
• Prepare 22 social media posts to showcase GFCR stories, impacts and programme overviews.

Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite, including proficient use of PowerPoint application; Sound computer skills and experience using web-based applications, social media and content management systems; Effective communication skills with staff at all levels and external partners; Initiative taking; Strong organization skills; Great attention to detail and proven experience in proof reading; Ability to work well in a team; Client orientation; Demonstration of cultural sensitivity and appreciation for different cultures and practices.
