The overall objectives is to improve the teaching skills and materials of online volunteers. The Contribution of online volunteer task will support our organization's efforts towards achieving the SDGs.

We are looking for 3 Online Volunteers who support us with the development of a teaching/training curriculum of English, Computer and mathematics for online Volunteer teachers and students. To this end the selected Online Volunteers will work closely with teachers to complete the task as follows: - Determine teaching/training objectives - Assess teaching/training needs and finalize/adjust training objectives - Select teaching/training method(s) to be used - Develop outline of content capturing information to be taught/trained and content to be developed as required to convey teaching/training information - Develop teaching/training plan/programme including schedule of sessions, exercises, and timelines - Develop evaluation plan and tools for the training to measure its effectiveness

The selected Online Volunteers will be provided with background information and material needed to develop the curriculum. They will not be asked to participate or conduct/implement the teaching/training and will not be requested to develop content themselves.

Candidates should have a background in pedagogy especially in the area of teachers training. or expertise in online teaching. A degree in education or a related field is required.
