Regional Office promotes volunteer solutions among UN partners. To make the promotion easier and more accessible by colleagues around the region, the Communications team will develop a new package of materials of the promotion and this video is one of the materials of such sort.
We are looking for 1 Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Regional Communications Officer and in close collaboration with the communications team support us by producing one of the graphic design video material video [animated presentation with numbers and pictures] for UNV Regional Office. In particular, Volunteer is asked to:
- Collect information on document/material background such as text lines to be used, basic numbers, pictures of people, design style, branding guidelines etc.;
- Create draft designed video [animated presentation with numbers and pictures] based on requirements and discuss with the focal point/ communications team;
- Develop the final material according to the agreed requirements.
The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.
The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Regional Office team, and communications colleagues at UNV and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support promotion of volunteerism.
Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
