- Knowledge of generic warehouse management systems and forms
- Physically mobile, able to lift 30kg without strain

Job Overview
Reporting to Supply Chain Officer – Warehouse, the Supply Chain volunteer is responsible for the efficient coordination and management of all warehousing, assets and inventory management functions for IRC’s office in Imvepi.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Warehousing and Inventory
• Receive completed store request forms and prepare the goods for issuance.
• Ensure goods, equipment's are signed for receiving on the request form (office expendables) or waybill (all other items).
• Carryout stock taking at warehouse level.
• Prepare monthly report for the expendables store outlining all stock movements and remaining balances.
• On a monthly basis, work with the Supply Chain Officer to reconcile the Warehouse reports and Asset tracking sheet and equipment issuance forms.
• Update the stock record cards regularly.
• Conduct routine inventory inspection and submit report to the Supply Chain Officer in a timely manner.
• Work on any other task assigned by the Supply Chain Officer.
Asset Management
• Update the Asset register and inventory list and work closely with SCO to share the monthly reports.
• Monitor security of IRC’s assets and supplies.
• Receive completed store’s request forms and prepare the assets for issuance.
• Ensure assets are signed for received on the Equipment issue and receipt form.
• On a monthly basis, work with the Supply Chain Officer & in collaboration with IT to reconcile the asset register and Asset tracking sheet and equipment issuance forms.
• Update the asset register regularly.
• Conduct routine asset inspection and submit reports to the Supply Chain Officer and and in collaboration with IT staff in a timely manner.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date record of asset inward and outward movement in the Asset register.
• Work on any other task assigned by the Supply Chain Officer.
Fleet Management
• Work with the Supply Chain Assistant- Fleet and Head driver to ensure that all vehicles carry the required on-board documentation and that all documents are kept current (including insurance).
• Inspect and record condition of vehicles by maintaining daily checklists file.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned daily.
• Work on any other task assigned by the Supply Chain assistant.
