Support procurement practices to improve program support for humanitarian efforts in Syria.
You have:
- At least completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement.
- At least six years of progressively responsible professional experience in supply chain operations (Procurement mainly).
- At least two years in managerial role (Team Management experience).
- At least two years of experience in an emergency or conflict-afflicted setting is required.
- English and Arabic are a must, while Kurdish is desired.
- Willingness to travel 40% to field sites in Syria and attend regional and global workshops and meetings.
- Credible written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information effectively, and solid experience providing training and staff development.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills and a solid ability to promote harmonious/cohesive teamwork, in a cross-cultural context.
