You have:
- Diploma holder of Bac + 3 or 4 in supply chain management, logistics management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong management skills including development, evaluation, planning, and monitoring of budgets and assets.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, and train staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work organized and independently.
- High degree of probity and integrity.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work and manage a multicultural team.
- Knowledge of the Sahel region, Soum province will be an advantage.
- Experience working with an international humanitarian NGO would be an advantage.

Qualifications
- Être détenteur d’un Bac + 3 ou 4 de préférence en gestion de la chaine d’approvisionnement, gestion logistique sinon dans un domaine en rapport avec la gestion des opérations humanitaires ; - Au moins 3 ans d'expérience à un poste de responsable ou d’encadrement similaire - Solides compétences en gestion, y compris l’élaboration, l’évaluation, la planification, le suivi de budget et d’actifs. - Avoir une connaissance de l’outil informatique et des logiciels courant Word, Excel, PowerPoint... - Aptitude avérée pour gérer, diriger, motiver et former le personnel - Avoir une excellente qualité relationnelle, capacité à travailler de manière organisée et indépendante. - Avoir un degré très élevé de probité et d’intégrité. - Bonnes compétences organisationnelles, en communication et relations interpersonnelles, - Bonne disposition et compétences pour la rédaction de rapports. - Aptitude démontrée à travailler et à gérer une équipe multi- culturelle - Bonne connaissance de la région du Sahel province du Soum sera un avantage - Expérience de travail avec une ONG internationale humanitaire sera un avantage
Exigences relatives à l'ordinateur :
- Compétence professionnelle complète dans la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
Environnement de travail :
- Ce poste est basé à Ouagadougou - Déplacements réguliers sur le terrain (si la sécurité le permet) et pour un soutien si nécessaire. - Tout le personnel de l'IRC Burkina Faso doit se conformer aux règles et politiques en vigueur en matière de sécurité
