One of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, DRC is currently looking for an energetic and motivated Human Resources and Administration Assistant based in Tripoli.
About the job
Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, you will provide technical logistics and procurement support to colleagues in line with the DRC policies and guidelines. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
• Perform supply chain tasks according to DRC guidelines.
• Participate in procurement processes and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Maintain an uptodate asset register
• Correctly apply ERP supply chain processes
• Assist with Fleet Management tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Supply Chain
• Excellent IT skills,
• Advanced English proficiency
• Fluency in Arabic language
Desirable
• Experience in operating an ERP supply chain system [desirable]
• Good communication and writing skills, ability to perform multi-tasks
