Overview
Lead the youth team to implement grants and achieve program outcomes.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; advanced degree in education, child psychology, public administration, social work, international affairs or other relevant field.
- Minimum of three years progressive work experience in education and/or youth development.
- Minimum of one year experience leading education programs including program design and development, staff supervision, monitoring, evaluation and advocacy.
- Minimum two years' experience working with English Language learners.
- Proven organizational skills with ability to set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills; ability to navigate internal and external relationships, including community stakeholders and donors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work successfully in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong oral and written English communication.
