Provide essential administrative and logistical support to the office operations.
You have:
- Minimum secondary education diploma in secretariat, administration or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Good command of written and spoken French.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of organization and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
