Overview
Contribute to the implementation of IPF activities and support monitoring efforts.
You have:
- Participate in planned activities in communities (awareness sessions, workshops, activities for children).
- Assist in organizing logistics (prepare venues, mobilize participants, distribute materials).
- Collect data in the field (number of participants, feedback from children and families, photos, attendance lists).
- Contribute to writing monthly, semiannual, and annual reports in collaboration with IPF Coordinator and DMEAL team.
- Support training for local volunteers and partners (prepare materials, co-facilitate sessions, answer questions).
- Help strengthen the understanding of projects and encourage inclusion of vulnerable children.
- Participate in the preparation of meetings between different program components (health, education, governance).
- Support proper implementation of incident preparation plans related to the protection of the office at the AP level.

Appui à la mise en œuvre des activités IPF
- Le stagiaire participe directement aux activités planifiées dans les communautés (sessions de sensibilisation, ateliers, activités pour enfants).
- Il/elle aide à organiser la logistique (préparer les lieux, mobiliser les participants, distribuer le matériel).
- Il/elle veille à ce que les activités respectent les standards et les directives de World Vision.
Suivi et rapportage
- Le stagiaire collecte des données sur le terrain (nombre de participants, feedback des enfants et familles, photos, listes de présence).
- Il/elle contribue à la rédaction des rapports mensuels et semestriels et annuels en collaboration avec le Coordinateur IPF et l’équipe DMEAL.
- Il/elle aide à saisir les informations dans les systèmes internes (par ex. Horizon, les bases de données du plaidoyer, du PD Heart, etc.).
Renforcement des capacités
- Le stagiaire appuie les formations destinées aux volontaires et partenaires locaux (préparer les supports, coanimer des sessions, répondre aux questions).
- Il/elle accompagne les acteurs communautaires sur le terrain pour les aider à appliquer les méthodes et techniques apprises.
- Il/elle contribue à renforcer la compréhension des projets et à encourager l’inclusion des enfants vulnérables.
Partenariats et plaidoyer
- Le stagiaire participe à la préparation des réunions entre les différents volets du programme (santé, éducation, gouvernance, etc.)..
- Il/elle aide à documenter les échanges et à préparer des comptes rendus.
Il/elle contribue à identifier des opportunités de collaboration et à renforcer la visibilité de World Vision dans la communauté.
Protection et Politique de Sauvegarde
Signaler les incidents liés à la protection des adultes et des enfants dans l’AP (niveaux 1 à 3)
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre adéquate des plans de préparation aux incidents liés à la protection du bureau au niveau de l’AP
