You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, program management, or fundraising.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with experience developing pitch decks and presentations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while navigating cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience delivering engaging presentations.
- Ability to effectively interact with corporate representatives at the highest management level.
