You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of experience in operations, program management, campaign execution, or client services.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with experience developing operational resources and materials.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and program logistics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while navigating cross-functional environments.
