The Role:

Currently Plan International Bangladesh has 30000 sponsored children. In view of the above vision Plan International will do everything it can, working with community members, to ensure that all children, including sponsored children, are healthy, well educated, safe and have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. Plan International will ensure that every community where Sponsored children live benefits from a programme every year.

The Sponsorship Programme Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring KPI, target achievement, digital communication, controlling quality of sponsorship communication items; hosting sponsor visits and developing youth volunteers. Also, will be responsible for working with Partners about community mobilisation for managing growths and cancellation of sponsored children; ensuring participation of sponsored children in programmes; tracking benefits for the sponsored children and alignment of Sponsorship with programmes
