  • Drive the short-term and long-term product vision for atingi, work cross-functionally to create product strategy and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and requirements
  • Work cross functionally with learners and partners, customer experience, marketing, data and our technical team to understand needs, behaviors & problems, define requirements and design innovative solutions to deliver successful, useful, delightful, and impactful experiences
  • Identify the highest leverage ideas, balance frequent product iterations with bigger bets and align internal and external stakeholders on priorities and roadmap, even on your 'no' decisions
  • Manage the end-to-end process of conceptualizing impactful features, acting as the glue between technical and non-technical teams, and ensuring successful feature launches with go-to-market activities and post-launch analysis to inform future product direction
  • Lead through influence and align external and internal stakeholders across different functions on priorities, decisions and roadmap

Your profile

  • Bachelor of Arts ideally in a technical field and intellectually curiosity

  • Understanding user value propositions, and the ability to creatively inspire users to use the product as well as the ability to understand complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions that deliver significant impact
  • Strong business leadership skills and strong strategic thinking with the ability to distil strategy into action that lead to step change in core engagement or business growth
